Good to Know

No — seating is open. There are fewer than 52 students boarding across all Philly-area stops, so there's always room. When two buses run (Thanksgiving/Spring), check the windshield sign for which bus goes to which stops.
No paper tickets are issued. Your name appears on the live OrderStatus.pdf file, updated daily and viewable on any phone. You'll receive instructions for accessing it in your confirmation email. Always check it the day before your trip.
Yes. Submit an order form without payment to join the waiting list. We'll contact you when a seat opens from a cancellation. Do not pay until we confirm a seat is available — PayPal no longer refunds transaction fees.
Yes. Email us before your trip and we'll update your pickup or drop-off location.
We do not wait for late students to keep the trip on schedule — unless you call us in advance. Contact numbers are in the Contacts section of this site.
The charge appears as PAYPAL *FITNESSTRAC. If you're using a parent's card, please tell them in advance to avoid a chargeback, which creates significant delays for everyone.
A taxi or rideshare from Amtrak 30th St to Walnut & 34th costs roughly $15–20. SEPTA is also an option — visit septa.org for routes. PHL Airport is ~25 min via the Airport Rail Line.

Note: PayPal stopped refunding original transaction fees as of Oct 11, 2019. Refunds are processed ASAP after the last day of the trip's return date.

No paper tickets are issued. Your booking is verified via the live OrderStatus.pdf passenger list.

  2. Complete payment via the PayPal section.
  3. You'll receive an auto-reply email with a link to the OrderStatus.pdf — check that your name appears within 24 hrs.
  4. Check the PDF again the day before your trip to confirm seat status.
  5. Present a photo ID matching your booking name to the driver before boarding.
